Cat story (4)

- You are different, - my cat said me today. - You have only two legs, you are too tall and clumsy. You have no canines and claws. You are a being defective. Look at me. I am a very handsome cat. I have a beautiful healthy hair, four legs, canines and claws. I can purr and catch mice. I can... I am...
- Shoo! - I bellowed.
- We speak different languages, - he said offended tone.
- To each his own, - I smiled.

Cat story (3)

I was busy all day and came home late. The house was unusual quiet. It was strange. I went into the room. Everything was upside down here. I was shocked. My stay-at-home cat sat with an I-don't-care look and read a book.
- What are you doing? - I shouted.
- I am learning English. - he said with perfect calm.

Cat story (2)

It was the wonderful evening. The sun was setting. The cat was sitting near the window and reading.
- Do you know that cats are the best gourmets in the world? - he asked me.
- I don't know, - I objected him. - Is it the truth?
- Yes, especially we have an eye for drinks - he smiled.
- Would you like to have something to drink? - I asked him. - Some wine or some beer?
- Some milk, please.
It's nothing could be said against that.

Cat story

I have a cat. His name is Krishna. He walked to me 7 years ago in from the street and stayed here forever.
- It will be a rain, - he said me in the evening.
His sly blue-yellow eyes looked at me.
- How do you know? - I asked him.
- I know because I know, - he said, lighting a cigarette.
- Don't smoking! - I said.
- Who cares! - he snorted.
We sat in silence long time. The cat began to purr at last.
- You must perform cat's duties and don't make the weather forecasts, - I thought.
The day has passed. On the next morning I looked out the window. The sun was shining but the ground was wet. To all appearances it had been raining.
